Job Description

The Store Leader Trainee is responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing store team skills, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership and coaching
Implement merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling and fuel transactions
Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience
Ability to lead, train, and empower store employees
Proficient in Microsoft products
High School diploma or GED preferred
