Job Description

The Store Leader Trainee is responsible for leading the store team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
Implement merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
Maintain a clean and safe store environment

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience
High school diploma/GED preferred
Retail management experience beneficial
Valid Driver's License
