Job Description

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store, responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
Oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of loyalty program
Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer knowledge
High School diploma or GED preferred
