The Store Leader Trainee is a vital member of the store management team responsible for executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing team skills, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Provide customer service leadership and training to store employees
Implement merchandising and marketing programs
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions
Ensure store cleanliness and product availability

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience in a retail environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid Driver's License with automotive insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
