Job Description

The Store Leader is responsible for leading the store's team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role provides advancement opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store employees
  • Oversee merchandising and marketing programs
  • Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment
  • Utilize reports to affect change and drive success

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Retail management experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and automotive liability insurance
