Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to provide a best-in-class retail experience at our upcoming location in Burlington Mall, MA.
Embody the company's culture and values to help customers live their passion. Engage customers with product knowledge and drive customer engagement through various initiatives. Maintain store merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to improve business operations. Achieve sales goals and ensure safety and security standards are met.
Minimum 1 year retail environment experience preferred. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, and familiarity with retail inventory systems. Must be self-motivated, good communicator, and able to work under pressure.
