Job Description

Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Store Associate for our upcoming location at Burlington Mall in Burlington, MA.

Responsibilities

  • Embody our culture and values and provide insight to Customers on how to live their passion.
  • Engage Customers in new ways by providing knowledge on products.
  • Drive Customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
  • Maintain store-merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide feedback to Store Manager for continuous improvement.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards.
  • Achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain safety and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices.
  • Social interaction skills with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams.
  • Positive attitude, good communicator.
  • Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours.
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods.
