Responsibilities:

• Determine your earnings by completing orders safely and efficiently.
• Perform at a rate greater than 100% to earn above standard pay.
• Stay active with constant walking, lifting, bending, and stretching.
• Use state-of-the-art technology to locate and select products.
• Assist in keeping shelves stocked in over 1,200 store locations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Capacity to work fluctuating shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, and stack products weighing up to 67 pounds.
• Capability to stand, bend, stoop, and do repetitive work for long periods.
• Proficiency in operating a pallet truck or forklift safely.
• Efficient, accurate, and safe job performance.
• Strong reading, writing, and numerical skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and pass a Physical Agility Test, if applicable.
