As a Retail Associate at Rogers Store, you will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all Arkansas customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. 

You will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business needs at Rogers Retail Store.

Key Responsibilities to play as Store Associate in Rogers:

• Model established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
• Support and promote a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring up customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to established operating procedures.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day.
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance and cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Starting pay range: $12.28 to $16.78 per hour.
• Full pay range: $16.28 to $20.90 per hour.
• Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
