About Our Teams:

In our large stores, every member is vital to our efficient operation. We offer multiple shifts throughout the early morning, day, and evening. As a PetSmart Sales Associate, you may be trained in:

Customer Service: Creating genuine connections with pet parents, welcoming them and their pets, facilitating smooth checkouts, and ensuring they find everything they need.

Pet Care: Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pets in our care, including fish, reptiles, birds, and small animals. You'll be their temporary family, keeping them healthy, clean, and well-fed, and providing pet parents with tailored solutions.

Merchandising & Inventory: Playing a key role in helping pet parents find what they need, when they need it, through effective merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
