Job Description

Lead and manage the Grocery, Natural Foods, Adult Beverage, and Drug/GM departments to achieve sales and profit goals while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Establish performance goals and empower associates to meet targets
Develop appropriate scheduling to manage customer volume
Monitor expenses and control inventory
Train associates on inventory/stocking and merchandising
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications

Effective communication skills
Basic math knowledge
Ability to handle stressful situations
Must be 18 or older
High school diploma or equivalent desired
