Responsibilities

Manage and lead in a multiunit capacity
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to Assistant Store Leaders
Motivate sales team to meet objectives through training and mentoring
Hire, train, supervise, and develop store staff
Lead associates to drive a sales culture maximizing store profitability
Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Protect Company assets through inventory control

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years retail sales experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role
