Supervisory position overseeing daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and staff management.

Responsibilities

Directs and supervises employees in sales and inventory activities
Plans work schedules and keeps records of employees' schedules
Manages relationships with service missionary coordinators
Oversees store operations with a focus on continuous improvement
Reviews inventory and sales records
Monitors store operation schedule and key performance indicators

Qualifications

Bachelor�s degree in business or related field
Minimum three years of experience leading others
Functional understanding of computer applications
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, delegate, and direct the work of others
