Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce
Participate in the hiring process and conduct interviews for store positions
Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts
Create training programs and support employee development
Implement employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications

Knowledge of HR practices and policies
Experience in conducting interviews and managing employee relations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
