Job Description

Join our team at QFC as a Human Resources Associate. Work closely with Store Management to ensure human resource standards are met and facilitate hiring and training processes for new associates.

Responsibilities

Assist in hiring and training new associates
Coordinate interview process and background checks
Maintain employee files and administer new hire paperwork
Conduct training classes and track associate progress
Promote positive store morale and support company programs

Qualifications

Effective communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain confidentiality
Basic math and clerical skills
