Job Description

As a Store Lead at Walmart, you will be responsible for directing and guiding management and hourly associates on customer service approaches, financial performance, facility operations, and community outreach programs. You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, drive the execution of business plans, and promote company policies and standards.

Qualifications

1 year of general management experience
2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year supervising 10 associates OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year supervising 10 associates
Compliance with state-specific requirements for ammunition or firearms sales
