Job Description

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a part-time Team Leader and provide a brand experience for customers. Train the team to exceed standards of customer service, product knowledge, and sales.

Responsibilities

Maximize profitable sales through sales and margin review
Ensure effective space management and maintenance of store graphics system
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques
Motivate and develop a high-performance team

Qualifications

Leadership/management experience in retail
Delivery of employee training
Cash handling and inventory management
Visual merchandising skills
